Senior Regulatory Counsel – Financial Services Disputes

Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol seeks a highly experienced Principal Legal Counsel to join the Disputes and Contentious Risk team on a 9-month FTC. You will provide contentious regulatory advice, manage litigation streams, and oversee legal risk across the HL Group.

Reporting to the Head of Disputes and Contentious Risk, you will train junior staff, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and shape the team’s strategy while ensuring FCA regulatory compliance and robust complaints handling.
