As part of a national team, the Birmingham corporate practice provides comprehensive corporate legal advice with a strong emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions. The team has a cohesive, supportive culture and is highly responsive and results-driven in its approach to clients and colleagues.

The team has strong sectoral and international expertise, attracting work of the highest calibre. Key sectors include advanced engineering (including aerospace and defence), health and life sciences, technology and real estate. Internationally, the team leads firm initiatives across the USA, India, Germany and Scandinavia, with team members regularly travelling to these regions.
Clients span private equity houses, listed corporates, public sector bodies, and major national and international businesses across manufacturing, FMCG, care, technology, energy and real estate.
About you:
The team is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a Senior Associate and/or Principal Associate to help deliver an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will be an integral part of dedicated client teams, building long-term trusted relationships.
