Greenhouse Specialist

6-Month OutsideIR35 Contract | Hybrid – London or Manchester

We’re looking for an experienced Greenhouse specialist to support and optimise ATS processes across a global organisation. You’ll work with recruitment and People teams to standardise workflows, improve reporting and drive continuous improvement across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Greenhouse subject matter expert, supporting recruiters and stakeholders.
• Standardise job creation and management across business units.
• Build and maintain recruitment reports and insights.
• Improve ATS processes and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting.

Requirements

• Expert hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Experience with Greenhouse MCP.
• Background in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and experience making safe changes to live systems.
• Experience with Claude and other ATS platforms is advantageous.
