Sales Director – Roof Coatings (UK, IE & Europe)

Srsuk is seeking a Sales Director to take commercial lead across the UK, Ireland and Europe. You will set the three-year sales strategy, lead a growing team of sales and BD professionals, and expand the contractor and specifier base while entering new markets.

You will own pricing, margins and CRM-driven pipeline, with a hunter mindset and willingness to travel extensively. This is a field-based role with office time in the Midlands.
