Hotel Sales & Revenue Office Leader

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a commercially minded sales leader based at voco St. John’s Solihull to drive revenue, manage the reactive Sales Office and implement the revenue strategy for TrevPAR generation.

You will lead pricing and sales activity across Group and MICE segments with a focus on KPI delivery and client satisfaction. Based at the Solihull property, you will balance workload, coach the team, and ensure robust processes across departments while maintaining strong client relationships
