Senior M&E QS – Major East London Projects (Outside IR35)

O’Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced M&E Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor delivering major new build and refurbishment schemes across East and Central London.

Projects range £80m-£250m across data centres, life sciences, logistics and commercial offices; you will manage procurement, post-contract duties and oversee full project lifecycle to ensure financial delivery.
