Brio Digital Limited is seeking a Service Designer to join a Leeds-based programme transforming customer access across council services. You will be embedded in the programme, supporting discovery, design workshops, and journey mapping with diverse stakeholders and delivery partners.
You will help develop service standards, operating models and reusable patterns while ensuring accessibility and inclusive design across channels. Hybrid working with client workshops is expected.
