Director, Children’s Social Care & Safeguarding

The Council of the Isles of Scilly is seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to head its Children’s Social Care service. This pivotal role within the People Directorate will shape a responsive, trauma-informed service for children, young people and families on our island community.

You will lead safeguarding and early intervention, drive service improvement and partnerships, and ensure staff work in a supportive, inclusive environment while delivering high performance.
