Strategic Bid Manager – Building Services Growth

Trevett Project Services is seeking a Bid Manager to join the Business Development division in London & Southeast. You will lead the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to submitting winning bids, and work with cross-functional teams to articulate value propositions.

You will manage writers, estimators, and SMEs, ensure compliance, maintain bid records, and develop strategies to improve win rates. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.
