Hybrid Scrum Master — Drive Agile and End-to-End Delivery

Greene King is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Technology function on a fixed‑term 18‑month basis in Burton-on-Trent, hybrid working. You will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum, and help deliver digital ambitions with a focus on value, predictability and continuous improvement.

You will drive sprint ceremonies, manage dependencies, and partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to maintain a healthy backlog and transparent delivery metrics.
