Dual-Site Multi-Skilled Engineer – Plant Reliability Leader

Butternut Box is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer for our dual-site operation in Blyth, Doncaster and warehouse facilities. You will fault-find across production, fulfilment and site services, ensuring equipment uptime and safe, efficient operation while supporting continuous improvement.

You will lead shift operations, coach teams, perform root cause analyses and collaborate cross-functionally to keep us cooking at scale.
