Growth Partnerships Manager – Rewards & Cashback

Quantum is seeking an Account Manager to join our Rewards Commercial team in London. You’ll own half of our Cashback and Custard merchant portfolio, renegotiating terms and driving growth across existing accounts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in affiliate or performance marketing, with a proven ability to expand revenue and manage partnerships in a fast-paced environment. Strong English skills and a collaborative approach are essential.
