Empowering Support Worker – Adult Care (Full-Time)

CareTech is recruiting a Support Worker to join the Burntwood Caterham service in Guildford, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week on a rota, paying £13.03 per hour.

You will deliver person-centred support in line with individual plans, assist with daily living skills, promote independence and wellbeing, and help with community access and activities.
