Hybrid Service Designer – End-to-End Public Services

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a Service Designer to lead end-to-end service design across Discovery to Live, shaping how users interact with services and how they operate behind the scenes.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams with evidence-based design, mentoring junior colleagues, and coordinating design work to meet time, quality and business goals, with a blended hybrid work model between home and Bristol office.
