Banking & Finance Associate (3-7 PQE) | International Law Firm | London
We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their well-regarded transactional banking practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a busy, highly regarded team, with exposure to a broad mix of acquisition, leveraged and corporate finance work.
The team advises banks, debt funds, private equity sponsors and listed and private corporate borrowers on acquisition and leveraged financings, event-driven and public bid financings, and large syndicated corporate lending, both domestically and cross-border. The team is also active in the digital infrastructure sector, advising on some of the largest data centre financings in the European market.
This position would suit a candidate with:
- 3-7years’ post-qualified experience in banking and finance at a leading City or international law firm
- Experience across acquisition and leveraged finance and/or corporate lending, ideally acting for both lenders and borrowers
- Experience in data centre, digital infrastructure or infrastructure financings would be an advantage but is not essential
- Ambition to develop within a high-calibre team over the longer term
