Lead UX Researcher: Drive Customer-Centric UX

Testing Site – JPMC is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to establish and lead the research practices that drive product decisions. You will work with Design, Product, and Engineering to create customer-centered experiences through deep qualitative studies, fieldwork, interviews, diary studies, and usability testing.

You will champion research insights, set hiring and recruitment standards, and build scalable processes that inform strategy, design, and development across the business.
