Lead Software Performance Engineer (Team Lead)

Arm Limited’s Userspace Performance team is seeking software performance analysis engineers to lead a small group, driving performance improvements for software on Arm systems worldwide. You will mentor engineers, plan work, and partner with other teams and external partners.

The role focuses on analysing large codebases, profiling and tracing to identify bottlenecks, and communicating findings through write-ups and presentations.
