Quality Manager: Build & Lead DC Quality & Process

Marks & Spencer plc is opening a brand-new Lichfield Distribution Centre in early 2027 and is recruiting a Quality Manager to build and lead the team from day one. This role shapes our quality standards across receiving, processing and dispatch, ensuring customer expectations are met.

You will set quality checks, coach the team to hit SLAs and KPIs, drive continuous improvement from data insights, and collaborate with ICQA and governance processes.
