Property Management Service Improvement Lead

LRG is seeking a Service Improvement Manager to join our Property Management team on a maternity cover basis. This role focuses on reviewing and enhancing service delivery, with emphasis on quality assurance, customer experience and continuous improvement across landlords and tenants.

You will work with senior stakeholders to analyse customer insight and performance data, lead quality assurance frameworks, and drive improvements while maintaining high standards of communication and collaboration
