Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer – Remote

Cornwall Council is seeking a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join our Legal Services team, delivering high‑quality advice across safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act matters and Court of Protection proceedings. You will advise senior officers, support DoLS and care act work, and supervise junior lawyers in a public service environment.
