Strategic HR Manager, UK & Europe — Hybrid

Panalux, part of the Panavision group, Hayes, UK, is recruiting an experienced HR Manager to partner with leaders across UK operations. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, L&D, performance management and organisational change, while supporting HR projects across EMEA and global initiatives.

With CIPD Level 5 and 5+ years in generalist HR, you’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, coach managers, and navigate complex people matters in a fast-paced, creative environment.
