We have an exciting opportunity for a real estate litigation solicitor to join a national firm in their Manchester office.
The Manchester real estate litigation team has a very successful offering and is part of a wider national team, ranked highly for real estate litigation in the Legal 500.
The Manchester team has a brilliant culture and a partnership who champion success and this incoming real estate litigation solicitor will be part of this department that both advocate for and support each other. There will also be the opportunity to work with partners and senior solicitors in other locations, in order to develop and hone skills and knowledge.
There is an impressive client base across a range of sectors including retail, hospitality, transport, infrastructure, education and telecoms. Work will involve a variety of portfolio matters for investors and corporate occupiers and there will be the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters which will include liaising directly with clients. These matters often have an international element. The role will also involve assisting partners on high value, complex real estate litigation matters.
As well as support from the team on the ground, there are also structured training and development opportunities, both firm wide and as part of the national team (often working with the professional support lawyers in the department). The Manchester team also has a great track record of progression throughout the team and an environment where they are all in it together.
