Managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of business functions Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through multiple channels Conducting competency-based interviews and screening calls Advising stakeholders on market insights, salary benchmarking and hiring best practices Ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout Supporting diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices Maintaining accurate reporting and ATS data integrity
Требования:
Proven in-house or agency recruitment experience Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and advise Excellent sourcing capability and proactive talent mapping skills Data-driven mindset with strong organisational skills High attention to detail and commitment to process excellence A collaborative, team-first attitude
