Health Recruit Network seeks a Registered Nursing Home Manager for a 36-bed Macclesfield home. You will oversee daily operations, maintain high care standards and ensure regulatory compliance in a Good-rated service.
The role requires strong leadership, clinical governance and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a management role within a nursing home, a Level 5 leadership qualification, and preferably current NMC registration.
