HRLife Ltd is partnering with a recently established legal services group to appoint a Head of HR. The role reports to the CEO and is pivotal in shaping the HR function as the group expands, with emphasis on acquisitions, integration, and scalable people processes.

You’ll lead the design of HR frameworks, systems, and data reporting while collaborating with Finance on payroll and benefits. A commercial mindset and hands-on delivery will be essential to building a high-performing culture.
