Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Accounting qualification- ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Proven experience in accounting and finance within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
