Senior HR Manager – Healthcare Compliance & People

Randolph Hill Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function across seven nursing homes and head office. You will be the first standalone HR contact for home managers, handling complex employee relations matters and ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory bodies.

You will drive continuous improvement in HR policies and processes, oversee right-to-work checks and Certificates of Sponsorship, and support senior management with people-management.
