Senior Clinician – Mental Health & Therapy Lead

Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Clinician (Band 8a) for the Mid Essex Talking Therapies Team, based at Tekhnicon House, Braintree. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) and requires on-site presence at least two days per week.

You will provide specialist psychological care guidance, supervise band 7 therapists, and work with local teams to develop services and audits. NHS registration and postgraduate CBT training are essential.
