Senior Performance & L&D Curriculum Lead

Butternut Box is seeking a Senior Performance and L&D Curriculum Specialist to shape how we learn, develop leaders, and scale our impact across the UK and Europe. You’ll partner with the Develop Centre of Excellence to design programs, manage cycles, and drive meaningful development for managers and teams.

You’ll build workflows in our systems, align talent initiatives with People Plans, and collaborate with external providers to deliver measurable, engaging content.
