Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload across commercial disputes (company/shareholder, professional negligence, reputation management)
• Handle property, construction, procurement, and banking recovery disputes
• Advise on contentious probate and trust claims
• Engage in litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination
• Support both claimants and defendants with appropriate supervision and collaboration across departments

Key requirements

• 3–5 years’ PQE in commercial litigation or general dispute resolution
• Qualified in NI, or in E&W / ROI and keen to practise in NI
• Comfortable running your own caseload with appropriate supervision
