Overview

As Product Design Director, you will shape the design vision and strategic direction across key product initiatives, balancing user needs with business goals to deliver intuitive, high-value experiences. You will provide compassionate leadership, mentoring a multi-level design team to grow their craft and deliver exceptional customer value. You will work within a global design leadership network, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research to elevate design quality and drive cross-functional impact. Responsibilities

• Set design vision and strategy in partnership with product and engineering leads
• Lead and mentor a multi-level team of product designers

• Experience leading, mentoring, and growing multidisciplinary teams of product designers
• Strong track record shaping design strategies for complex digital products or ecosystems
• Proven ability to build collaborative partnerships with senior stakeholders across Product and Engineering
• Expertise navigating end-to-end design lifecycle from user insights to final interface execution
