Finance Business Partner

Overview

In this role you enable business value through robust financial insight. You’ll partner with stakeholders to drive efficiency, support decision-making, and oversee month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You’ll work with Finance Analysts to improve controls and processes, translating complex data into clear recommendations. This position blends strong analytical skills with collaboration to shape business outcomes across the Group.

Responsibilities

• manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• conduct monthly reporting and analysis to identify risks and opportunities
• partner with stakeholders to challenge and influence decisions
• review business cases and investments for ROI and benefits
• drive process improvements and enhancements in controls
• translate financial and non-financial data into clear insights for decision-making
• support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement culture
• work with finance analysts to ensure accurate and timely outputs

Key requirements

• strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and monthly reporting
• proven business partnering and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders
• demonstrable financial modelling, analysis and forecasting skills with attention to detail
• ability to gather and interpret financial and non-financial data for commercial insight
• strong communication skills to explain complex financial information to diverse audiences
• advanced Excel skills and track record of continuous improvement
• experience with Workday Financials, Adaptive or similar planning tools (advantageous)
