Security Platform Owner

Overview

In this role you will own and lead Heathrow’s customer security platforms, shaping the roadmap and day-to-day operations. You’ll collaborate with engineering, cyber, and product teams to deliver secure and scalable platforms, including Cloudflare, identity services, and security tooling. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on building capability from the ground up within a matrix organisation. You will influence suppliers, drive secure-by-design practices, and balance user experience with risk and cost in a critical infrastructure context.

Key requirements

• Proven experience owning or leading enterprise security platforms
• Strong technical understanding of modern cloud, identity and application security
• Ability to discuss strategy with senior leaders and solve operational issues with engineers
