Senior Manager Business Development

Overview

In this role you will drive growth for the Funded Re line of business across continental Europe, joining a global reinsurance firm’s business development team. You will work to expand cross-border client engagement and shape strategic opportunities in Europe. The position combines deep actuarial expertise with high-stakes negotiation and relationship management to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions. This is a performance-driven opportunity to build a new market footprint within a global platform.

Pay / Benefits

• Up to 140000 per annum + 20% bonus

Responsibilities

• Build the Funded Re line of business across continental Europe
• Support and contribute to the expansion of the UK and Continental Europe business development effort

Key requirements

• Full actuarial qualification with ≥5 years post-qualification experience
• Excellent client management skills, preferably in a client-facing role
• Expert knowledge in Funded Re transactions
• Experience in insurance, reinsurance or consultancy
