Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home

SuperCare Residential is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead a Children’s Residential Home in East London. You will work with the Registered Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure safeguarding, and deliver high-quality trauma-informed care for young people.

You will supervise staff, manage risk, contribute to care planning, liaise with external professionals, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
