Band 6 Health Visitor: Public Health Lead & Growth

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 6 Health Visitor for the Surrey 0-19 Service. You will lead public health nursing, support families from pregnancy through young adulthood, and promote wellbeing in the community.

The role requires a Specialist Public Health Nursing qualification (SCPHN HV), current NMC registration, and experience leading health visiting teams. A supportive, collaborative environment is offered.
