Deputy Manager, Children’s Home — Lead Care & Safeguarding

SuperCare Residential is seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to lead operations of a new residential children’s home in Croydon. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee staff and resources, ensuring safety and wellbeing for the young people and meeting service goals.

You will deputise when required, supervise staff, handle child protection concerns and complaints, collaborate with professionals for best outcomes, and manage resources and finances appropriately.
