Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Adult Care Home Manager to oversee our highly specialist and innovative residential care service in Liverpool. Developed in collaboration with Liverpool City Council, our pioneering approach provides 24 hour dedicated support to meet the needs of individuals who, because of their complex behaviours and risk profiles, are among the most difficult to place. We use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to identify the cause and function of behaviour that challenges services and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to design a range of interventions including proactive and reactive responses, teaching skills and lifestyle changes. We support people to understand and manage their own offending behaviours. In partnership with the wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT), including Multi-agency public protection arrangements (MAPPA) to devise, implement and monitor risk and support plans that utilise the range of community based legislative and policy frameworks available to keep the person and others safe.
