Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Oldham is recruiting for Band 6 RMN to join the Oldham Liaison Mental Health team. The role involves comprehensive mental health assessments, risk assessments, and co-ordinated care for patients across A&E, wards, and Place of Safety.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, provide liaison with police and ambulance, support staff, and contribute to discharge planning and relapse prevention.
