Lead Pharmacy Technician — SDU Operations Leader

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Lead to manage the SACT Distribution Unit (SDU) across RMH sites. You will oversee procurement, storage, dispensing and distribution of Batch and Patient Specific products, ensuring safe service delivery and high standards.

You will monitor KPIs, manage staff rosters, and collaborate with Aseptic Services, Pharmacy Systems and Finance to drive service improvements.
