About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and accredited Senior Real Estate Appraiser to join their established firm in Randburg . Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed appraisals for diverse real estate properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
• Analyze market data, economic trends, and property characteristics to establish accurate valuations.
• Prepare comprehensive and defensible appraisal reports that meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior appraisers, providing feedback and training on best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Real Estate Appraiser , with a significant portion in a senior capacity.
• Accreditation and licensing as a professional appraiser.
• Expertise in various appraisal methodologies and property types.
• Thorough knowledge of the Randburg and broader Gauteng property markets.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
