Job Description:

Key responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, remove inefficiencies and enhance team performance
Supporting large-scale transformation projects, including technology migrations, automation initiatives and data modernisation programmes
Translating business requirements into actionable solutions for Data and Technology teams
Working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements and deliver meaningful outcomes
Conducting data analysis and discovery work to support strategic initiatives and change programmes
Supporting testing, user acceptance activities and governance processes to ensure successful delivery
Driving business adoption through stakeholder engagement, training and continuous feedback loops
Helping to shape frameworks, controls and quality standards that improve consistency and confidence in reporting

You may currently be working as a Business Analyst, MI Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst or Analytics Consultant and be looking for a role where you can have greater visibility, influence and ownership.

Experience working within an MI, Reporting, Analytics or Data Insights function
The ability to translate business problems into data and technology solutions
Experience gathering requirements, improving processes and supporting change initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, insights and opportunities from complex data
Experience using tools such as SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks or similar platforms
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
A naturally curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working
