Senior Construction QS: Manage Budgets & Variations

MCR Property Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support a flagship residential village project in Bedford. The role focuses on ensuring schemes are procured efficiently and delivered within budgets and programmes, providing hands-on commercial expertise from inception through to final account.

You will report to the Construction Director and Commercial Director, manage monthly cost reporting, forecasting, contracts, variations, and work with a wider delivery team.
