Ourclient,aleadinginternationallawfirmspecialisinginlitigation,isseekinganexperiencedCreditControllertojointheirLondonfinanceteam.ReportingdirectlytotheFinanceDirector,youwilltakeownershipofallareasofcreditcontrolacrossbothUKandgloballedgers.
Key Responsibilities:
- ManagingUKandgloballedgers
- Chasingoutstandinginvoicesandliaisingwithinternationalclients
- Uploadinginvoicesandmanagingebillingportals
- Undertakingregularreviewsofdebtbalances
- Ensuringpromptreplytoclientsandmaintainingfollowupasrequiredtoensurepropermanagementofdebtsincludingdealingwithclientrequests
- Updatingthefirm’screditcontrolsystem(SOS)withactions,reminders,followupnotesetc.
- ReportingtotheFDreageddebt
- Processingpaymentsviatelephone
- Runningmonthlystatement
