HR Investigations Lead — Fairness & Compliance

Birmingham City Council is seeking a HR Investigation Officer on a 6-month fixed term contract to manage a varied caseload and ensure fairness, transparency and accountability across the organisation.

You will lead investigations into disciplinary matters, grievances, bullying and harassment, plan lines of enquiry, gather and evaluate evidence, interview witnesses and produce robust reports for panels and hearings.
