Задачи

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, remove inefficiencies, and enhance team performance
• Support large-scale transformation projects, including technology migrations, automation initiatives, and data modernisation programmes
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for Data and Technology teams
• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements, and deliver meaningful outcomes
• Conduct data analysis and discovery work to support strategic initiatives and change programmes
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery
• Drive business adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous feedback loops
• Help shape frameworks, controls, and quality standards that improve consistency and confidence in reporting

Требования

• Experience working within an MI, Reporting, Analytics, or Data Insights function
• Ability to translate business problems into data and technology solutions
• Experience gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting change initiatives
• Strong analytical skills, including identifying trends, insights, and opportunities from complex data
• Experience using SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• A curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working
• Candidates may currently work as a Business Analyst, MI Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or Analytics Consultant and be seeking greater visibility, influence, and ownership
