Retail HR Business Partner – Field-Based Talent & Growth

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an HR Business Partner to support store teams across Greater London and surrounding areas. You will work with senior leaders to deliver a proactive HR service, focusing on recruitment for new stores and employee relations.

This field-based role involves three days visiting stores and two days in the office. CIPD-qualified candidates with at least three years’ generalist HR experience in retail are encouraged to apply.
