HR Manager (12-Month) — Strategic People Leader

Geldards LLP is seeking an HR Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the Human Resources team in Cardiff. The role encompasses day-to-day HR operations, complex employee relations, policy development, payroll liaison, and advisory support to line managers.

Ideal candidates will have CIPD Level 5, strong employment-law knowledge, and 3–5 years as an HR Generalist, with leadership capabilities and a proactive, confidential approach.
