HR Partner – Hybrid UK (4 days in-office, 1 remote)

Panalux in Hayes is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our UK team. Reporting to the EMEA HR Director, you will provide day-to-day HR support across Panalux UK, Direct Digital and Island Studios, covering the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage employee relations, develop learning and development initiatives, support performance management and organisational change, and help implement HR projects across EMEA.
