Senior HR Advisor: Workday & ER Specialist (Hybrid)

Retirement Villages Group is seeking a Senior HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with at least 2 days per week on site, across our retirement villages and/or London office.

You will provide pragmatic HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, lead complex ER cases, coach managers, and support Workday processes to ensure accurate data and HR policies are followed.
